Habr\u00e1 3 planes, uno para cada distancia.<br \/>\nLas pruebas de mayor distancia, Vuelta a Aneto y Gran Trail, requieren de una mayor dedicaci\u00f3n, control y seguimiento, siendo necesario un servicio personalizado para cada deportista.<\/p>\n<p>Tres packs en los que se paga por el programa de entrenamiento completo desde el comienzo hasta el final.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizaremos la plataforma Training Peaks, en la que cada uno tendr\u00e1 su usuario y podr\u00e1 ir visualizando sus entrenamientos y su evoluci\u00f3n. Est\u00e1 disponible en App para el m\u00f3vil, para la tablet o para el ordenador.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return to the Cerler Mill<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 sesiones por semana (incluyendo el trabajo de fuerza, que creemos primordial, y que se podr\u00e1 realizar sin material en casa)<\/li>\n<li><strong>12 semanas (comienzo del plan el 2 de mayo)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Precio completo de las 12 semanas: <strong>110\u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Requisitos previos: correr 30\u2019 continuos sin problema<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tour of Cerler Peak<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 sesiones por semana (incluyendo el trabajo de fuerza, que creemos primordial, y que se podr\u00e1 realizar sin material en casa)<\/li>\n<li><strong>16 semanas (comienzo del plan el 4 de abril)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Precio completo de las 16 semanas: <strong>190\u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Requisitos previos: correr 45\u2019 continuos sin problema. Posibilidad de entrenar en una subida de al menos 400m+<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marathon of the Tucas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 sesiones por semana (incluyendo el trabajo de fuerza, que creemos primordial, y que se podr\u00e1 realizar sin material en casa)<\/li>\n<li><strong>20 semanas (comienzo del plan el 7 de marzo)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Precio completo de las 20 semanas: <strong>275\u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Requisitos previos: correr 60\u2019 continuos sin problema.
